Can I track my order?
Unfortunately you cannot track your package because your shipments of goods are sent by the Swedish Post office in a first class letter, which do not have a reference number.
I never got the confirmation email.
We do send both order confirmation and shipment confirmation emails automatically to the email address you provided. Occasionaly these emails get mistaken for junk mail by email filters and firewalls (because these emails are generated by a computer). Check your junk email folder and set your email filters to allow emails from Snus Express
My order never arrived. What should I do?
The length of the transit time depends on the shipping method you choose
during checkout. You should not consider your order lost unless at least
double the amount of time has passed from the shipping date. Note that
international orders may get delayed due to customs inspections.
