Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard. We do NOT accept money orders or personal checks. If you send a money order or check to us it will be destroyed.
Why is my credit card not approved?
The most common reason a credit card is declined is that the name on
the card, the billing address, the zip code, and the 3-digit code do not
all match during the verification process. We have no control of how or
why a card is approved or declined. Often when a card is declined, the
reserve amount is still deducted from your available balance for 24-48
hours before being replaced. If your card was not approved, we recommend
that you contact your credit card company or bank immediately and report
the problem.
Do you charge sales tax and how much?
Snus being sold to countries within the EU contains VAT and selected purchase tax.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU are free from these taxes. Should there be any charge, taxes or duty in the country where the snus is being delivered, the receiver is responsible for these and will therefore be responsible for such a payment.
Do you offer any discounts?
We have some discounts and special offers
I got charged twice. What should I do?
email us with your order number. We will investigate your claim and if any errors have occurred we will immediately correct/credit your account. To avoid duplicate charges make sure you click on the order submit button only once during the checkout process.

What is the CVC number on the pay card?
The CCV or CVC number is found on the back of your credit card. It is the last three digits found immediately after your account number. Providing us with your CCV number helps us to verify that you are the authorized user of this card and increases the security of your online purchase.
